Beyond The Power & Control Wheel: Mediation with family dynamics involving Domestic Violence

Mediators Kate Hall, Chris Wilson, Tsipora Dimant, Audrey Stone, and Patrick Ward will provide a deep dive into coercion and control aspects of domestic violence and how those challenging issues may be addressed in the divorce and family mediation. Learning Objectives:
• Educate mediators and aligned professionals regarding coercive control dynamics of domestic violence and help mediators learn to recognize the dynamics.
• Educate mediators and aligned professionals about screening obligations
• Educating mediators and aligned professionals about whether and how to mediate with families where coercive.
