This two-hour webinar will:

- Summarize the risks of engaging in the unlawful practice of law.
- Provide a structure for responding to questions and requests for legal advice during mediation.
- Highlight ethical implications and other nuances for mediators to consider.
This is a beginner-level court-system training; however, this training may be a useful refresher for experienced court-connected mediators. 1 OSB MCLE general credit will be requested.
