Court Connected Mediator Training

If you have been seeking a domestic relations mediation certificate to expand into court-connected family mediation or continue to build your skills, please join Kat Fahrion this spring! This course will be offered virtually split between the weekends of May 17 and May 31, and will fulfill all the requirements for custody and parenting time mediation laid out in UTCR 12. We will explore the differences between court-connected mediation and pure facilitative techniques, brainstorm many of the common challenges of family mediation and how to help our clients navigate them, and provide opportunities to try out your new skills in a supportive coaching environment.
